In three minutes you have the race ready, the generated code and links to share with athletes and spectators.
Go to radar.trailcore.app , tap ORGANIZZATOREand log in with your credentials. In the dashboard, you’ll find all the active races and the form to create a new one.
Fill out the form with the event details. Only the name is required - everything else is optional.
Tap CREATE RACE - in a few seconds the race is active and the system automatically generates a unique 4-digit code.
As soon as the race is created, the sharing panel appears with code and direct links for athletes and spectators.
Athlete link- send this link to athletes. The join screen opens directly with the code already entered.
Link Viewer - send this link to team managers, families and fans. You open the map live directly, without needing to enter the code.
The organizer chooses who to send the code or links - via WhatsApp, email, Telegram group or QR code exposed at the meeting. There is no limit to the number of people who can follow the race as spectators.
From the organizer panel you have access to all tools to manage the race in real time and download data when it ends.
Live viewer — open the map at any time to see all athletes in real time, with status, battery, distance covered, D+ (elevation gain from GPS) and GPX completion percentage (if uploaded).
Athlete SOS alert — an athlete can send an organizer alert by holding the SOS button for 3 seconds (Fall, Lost, Medical or Other). You immediately receive an email with GPS position, Maps/Waze links and a what3words code; if your TrailCore app is registered as staff you also get a dedicated push notification. On the live viewer the athlete appears in SOS status with a timeline: tap Preso in carico when you respond and Chiudi intervento when done. The athlete can tap SONO OK from the app. If no one acknowledges within ~10 min, the system sends an escalation (re-email and re-push). TrailCore Radar does not replace 112. Additional emails and optional staff SMS are configured on request with TrailCore.
Push messages — send a message to all athletes in the race. It arrives as a push notification and stays saved in the app inbox. Notifications are sent automatically in the athlete's language (IT or EN). Useful for route or weather updates (separate from the SOS alert).
GPS race windows — for races with scheduled dates, the system records athlete GPS data only within the configured time windows. Data outside those windows is not accepted. Free outings (24h) are not subject to this restriction.
Archive — tap ARCHIVIA to close the race manually. Races are automatically archived after 7 days from creation, or 24 hours after all athletes have finished.
